Last weekend, I had the opportunity to make a trip I’ve been wanting to make for a while- the 10 hour road trip South from Sydney to the fabulous city of Melbourne! Just a glimpse of Melbourne. There were bustling lane ways like this all over the city. Best coffee place ever. If you’re ever in Mebourne, Brother Baba Budan is where it’s at. Great vacation friends and great vacation food. Veggie burger… yum! Aussie flag, ha.

We made a "spearmint" today by mixing mayo, ketchup and dill relish. aka -1000 island dressing. He wanted to spearmint with PB and ketchup so I steered him in a little different direction.) It was such a hit that he ate BROCCOLI with it for lunch! He also felt that it was such a special sauce that it needed to be heavily guarded by some special forces! The Mister and Me.

I was so incredibly proud of my big guy for jumping in and memorizing so much information and doing so to Mastery! Out of 24 weeks and 7 subjects of materials he could only make one mistake, when being quizzed by our director, and he did it! Praise be the the Lord! What a great year! What a great community the Lord has placed us in!

After 10 years of avoiding major injury, we have made our first trip to the ER. Britt and his best buddy were playing football in the house! Britt's face and a table met head on as he was tackling his friend. He ended up with 2 stitches. Keith and Britt were out of the ER in about an hour. An amazingly short visit, for which we were quite thankful! Tuesday, December 27, 2011.

We are the proud owners of a rabbit! We are calling her Lulu for now and hoping that it's a girl! We will not know the gender of the rabbit for a few more months :D. Time to build a hutch. I wasn't sure how this whole bunny venture would turn out, but I've gotta say it's been way better than I ever imagined it could be!
