Thank you for all the lovely heartwarming comments on my last post. It is a surreal experience and having your affirmation of my experience made it all the more special. On my break I also got to watch project runway first season - all but the last 2 episodes (my sil. Got it for Xmas. We tried staying up all night to watch it all but both got too sleepy to finish). November is here, and like each year since my mother passed (7years ago this past March) as her birthday approaches (nov 21) and the days get shorter, I feel sadness rising inside like smoke from a smothered fire. It amazes me that the sadness and ache can be so strong. My closest friend from childhood, called this week to tell me that her mother just told her they found a white spot on her chest xray. I feel all tumbly inside. can't even make sense of the feelings. I am so missing her. Sending you a hug.

Story Oh man you should have seen those boards during the day when the time changed. I am not making fun of myself as much as I am rehashing one of those stories that is so sad and horrible that you laugh and cry at the same time. This last loss left me feeling on the outside of a community again, but this time because the grief was too much. I felt like a warm body with very little to share. What amazes me is I actually don't remember all my stats anymore. It shocks me how fuzzy all the details seem.

I have to get my son ready for school and some other things so this will have to be quick. The procedure went well. My uterus is pretty crampy today but I have a decent pain killer that is kicking in as I write this. The Dr. said I probably would have started miscarrying myself that afternoon, as the tissue was clotted and started separating already. I chose a D&C because I once had tissue left behind and it was pretty damn painful. A D&C is easier in some ways. Posted by Colorsonmymind at 8:31:00 AM.
