Now, you can, and should, cuddle up with some seasonally appropriate Game of Thrones, a hottie (hot water bottle and/or person – count your blessings if both), and a big old mug of tea/mulled wine/hot chocolate. But, there is another strategy you can adopt to minimise seasonal chill. That strategy, my friends, is the Daggy Jumper Part-ay. Yes, that was me. Soz.

Its almost paradoxical but then again, emotions never proclaimed to be rational. Thats the worst part about it. Some days you just cant figure out whats hurting you.
