Bloom where you are planted!: Making old things new
http://kyledaph.blogspot.com/2010/10/im-lovin-it.html
Bloom where you are planted! We are a family simply trying to sow seeds of God's goodness and hoping to spread His love. Thursday, October 14, 2010. Making old things new. Kyle and I have had the same set of lamps in our room since we got married. After 7 years and one burnt shade due to a candle's proximity in our first year of marriage, I decided that something must be done. I am the least craft-inclined person EV-UH! But, nonetheless, I googled "lamp re-do" and found this cool blog:. Subscribe to: Pos...

The SmotherFAM!: November 2011
http://richardandashley.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Cookie (sounds like "ccccckie", no "oo" sound). Dada (depending on the volume level, this could mean Daddy or Rubix). NO (even wags his finger and makes a very stern face). Sit (points down at whatever he's supposed to be sitting on, but is actually standing on). Turtle (sounds like "tuttle", no "r" sound). Thank You (though he waffles between signing and speaking this one). The amazing thing. signing nearly TRIPLES his vocabulary! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

jonjenplus4: June 2010
http://jonjenplus3.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 17, 2010. We took advantage of a rare opportunity on the Sunday morning of Jon's graduation weekend to snap a photo of the kids, parents, and both sets of grandparents. Since we live in three different states, this doesn't happen very often! I'm actually trying to remember if it has EVER happened in Anna's 6 (almost 7) years. I don't think so. We will treasure this picture for sure. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Blogs I'm following by family/friends. From Eat-in-Kitchen to Coffee Nook.

http://jonjenplus3.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 9, 2010. Aden goes to Arkansas. The crying went on for almost an hour.she'd stop, then start up again. Poor Anna! She and Aden are big buddies, and she's never been away from him before for any length of time. We called Nema and Grandpa for consolation, but I think that made it worse.she wanted to be in Arkansas, too. So, I did what any good mom would do.I distracted her with a meal and shopping at IKEA on the way home! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Blogs I'm following by family/friends.

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Baby Luke Alexander was born on Tuesday, January 10th at 7:46PM. He was 7 pounds and 11 ounces and 20 1/2 inches tall, which we were pretty pleased considering he was born a week early. We spent 3 days in the hospital and are so happy to now be at home enjoying our sweet baby. What a blessing! Monday, January 2, 2012. Hurry Up and Wait. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). http://jonjenplus3.blogspot.com/2012/08/7-months.html
Tuesday, August 14, 2012. I still sometimes pinch myself when I realize Jon and I have been blessed four times now to welcome a new person into our family. The "big" kids, as I have found myself referring to them, have been amazing these past months, helping with, getting to know, and loving on their new baby brother. I know (from experience! He's a great nurser.has been from the start, and has had no other food as of yet. He prefers to hold my finger while he nurses, which I totally love! He reached for...

Thursday, January 13, 2011. I have to keep reminding myself that it's now 2011, because 2010 seemed to fly by so quickly for me. However, I can mark the time by looking back at photos I've taken over the course of the past year.we experienced, accomplished, and enjoyed quite a lot! Maybe 2010 flew because we were busy! jonjenplus4: Already a year
http://jonjenplus3.blogspot.com/2013/02/already-year.html
Friday, February 15, 2013. So what's he doing these days? He didn't start really crawling until he was almost a year old! Between illness and travel, he was held much of December. I think it was Christmas day at my parents' house that he took his first little lurches forward. Up until then, he was completely content to just sit up to play or be held. Now, he's "on the move", as we say. When he's getting into something, the kids will call out "baby explorer! Avocado is one of his favorite foods. He loves ...
