http://reformnation.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Tuesday, November 29, 2011. The Holy One Of Israel. All throughout this book of Isaiah, God wants us to see His Holiness! You see, in chapter 5:16, it says, "and the holy God will show Himself holy in righteousness." Here is a promise that God will reveal to His people and the world that He is holy! At the mention of God's holiness and the sight of the Lord, Isaiah trembles with fear, thinking he is a dead man! He truly is amazing! It has been o...

Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Monday, January 24, 2011. God's Glory And His Cause. However, on this day, as the people are right on the edge of the land, they rebel and grumble and decide that they will not enter this land, but they will return to Egypt, the land where they were slaves! But a question arises…what is the glory of the LORD? What is it that God actually promised would fill the entire earth? Well, the answer to that question is back in the book of Exodus 33.

Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Monday, March 7, 2011. Imagine with me a bird.let's say an average-sized robin. And imagine that this robin loves the idea of flying. It is excited about flying, it loves flying, it wants to fly.this robin was made to fly. It just has one problem - gravity. This bird just can't seem to understand what is going on. Every time it takes a hop in order to fly, gravity pulls him back down to the earth. He hops again, and is pulled down again. This bi...

Reforming Our Nation: My Lord, I Did Not Choose You
http://reformnation.blogspot.com/2012/02/my-lord-i-did-not-choose-you.html
Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Friday, February 3, 2012. My Lord, I Did Not Choose You. This song was originally written by Josiah Conder in 1836. It is based off of the time Jesus told His disciples “You did not choose Me, but I chose you.” (John 15:16) How amazing it is that, though we would refuse Him to our dying breath, God chose to save us and make us His children! My Lord, I did not choose You,. For that could never be;. My heart would still refuse You,.

Reforming Our Nation: May 2011
http://reformnation.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Saturday, May 28, 2011. The Glory of the Law And The Spirit. It started in 2 Corinthians 3:7-11. Please read this passage. In this passage Paul is contrasting the ministry of the Law and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Another thing you notice in these verses is the emphasis it puts on "glory.". Everyone who saw this, including Moses, trembled with fear! When God gave the law, He had to keep the people away from Him or He would destroy them.

Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Sunday, June 19, 2011. As I continued reading this passage in 2 Corinthians, God continued to impact me with His work of missions. In chapter 4:13, Paul talked of how he preached the Gospel because he knew that God was going to save because He had promised He would. Then, in verse 14, Paul gives another motivating factor for why he tells unreached people groups about Jesus.the resurrection of the dead! The time of suffering was so insignificant ...

Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God! Thursday, January 5, 2012. That You May Know. That phrase is everywhere in this book! God says it so many times. He foretells His wrath to comes and then says, "Thus you will know that I am the LORD.". He performed great acts of judgement so that His people would know that He is the LORD! Here God promises faithless Israel that even though they sinned against Him so much, He would still make an eternal promise with them, an everlasting covenant&...
