August 31, 2015. August 31, 2015. Wow its been too long! 5 months out of surgery (tomorrow) and I am feeling amazing, almost lost 80lbs have another 70 to my goal 90 to my doctors goal! We will see where I end up. I am weight training at least once a week and a ton of cardio/swimming/working in the gym. I am feeling great and since I started my weight training my weight loss has slowed down but muscle weighs more than fat so I am using that as my reasoning behind it. Journey to new me. Getting back at it!

June 23, 2015. I have my 3 month follow up on Monday with the nurse and dietician and it will be interesting to see what they have to say. I know my supplements have been lacking and same with the prevacid but I am not sure if I will get in trouble for that or not. I will see. I definitely need to get my water intake up! June 12, 2015. Good day even though its raining! I am having an awesome day today even though it is raining. I tried on an outfit this morning that I bought for myself to try to fit in a month or so. I bought it online thinking it would never fit but I wanted to have it for the future when it would. I got it and figured why not lets try it. and to my surprise I got it on! June 1, 2016. It has been way too long since I posted, I am sorry for that. Life takes over sometimes and I get distracted from projects and things I started a long time ago. This also lead me to signing up to do a 5k run on this coming Sunday (June 4th) I have a feeling I will end up walking it but at least it gets me out moving. August 4, 2015. Getting back at it! I am coming across more and more people who have been having the surgery and everyone is handling it so differently. It amazes me who individualized this process is and how people forget that and think it should be a uniform process/set of advice. I tell myself this all the time but I find I get caught up in that as well. Still tracking on through the journey. Journey to new me. My weight loss journey. Wow its been a while.
