When we checked into lodging in Missoula, we were shocked that there was little available and the prices were exorbitant. Turns out that our rest day coincided with the Missoula Marathon! I must be a very strange individual, because I DID consider running it on my rest day…. Instead, we got out of town and went to the nearby National Bison Range. Posing in the trees.
