three little birds: July 2012
http://threelittlebirdsnorth.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Don't worry about a thing. Matthew Six:Twenty Five. Saturday, July 21, 2012. A Fun Day With the Rummelhoffs. Frozen yogurt break after swimming in the pool and going down our fancy waterslide. I talk to Uncle Colby! Tonight we went to Mario's Italian Lemonade stand. YUM-O. It was Charlotte and my maiden voyage. I got coconut and was not disappointed. Charlotte got strawberry. Most of it ended up on her shirt, legs, and shoes, but I think she enjoyed what she got in her mouth. Friday, July 20, 2012. Wedne...

three little birds: Church and Lots of Marble Statues
http://threelittlebirdsnorth.blogspot.com/2014/01/church-and-lots-of-marble-statues_5.html
Don't worry about a thing. Matthew Six:Twenty Five. Sunday, January 5, 2014. Church and Lots of Marble Statues. Today we went to a Greek Free Church, and the National Museum. With Denise Johnson in front of the church. But we did sing “His Name is Wonderful” in Greek, and most of us were able to put our NT Greek into practice, but I could not parse on the fly. After Church we ate in the plaza of the National Museum. This is a wall decoration from the early 1. Perhaps it is because of this divine humility...

Don't worry about a thing. Matthew Six:Twenty Five. Thursday, May 31, 2012. Trip to Covenant Point. We had a great weekend at Point, but we did not always have our camera, but this excursion to the Back 40 was full of Wonder. A rare shoulder ride with Mommy. At one point Charlotte signed to Jenny, "Camp; I love camp; I love Chicago." We both know how that feels - a wonderful tension for sure,. Daddy's old Jungle Gym the Track n' Trail. Charlie and her own tiny worm. Thanks CPBC - We love and miss you.

three little birds: January 2014
http://threelittlebirdsnorth.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Don't worry about a thing. Matthew Six:Twenty Five. Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Today we went to the Acropolis. Every Greek city had an acropolis, but the one in Athens is the most famous. This is the site of the Parthenon. At the base of the Acropolis is the Areopagus or Mars Hill from Acts 17:16-34. This is where The Apostle Paul most likely gave a speech or defense of the message he was preaching. We also visited the Agora, or market place further down the Acropolis. The side of the Parthenon. The templ...

three little birds: June 2013
http://threelittlebirdsnorth.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Don't worry about a thing. Matthew Six:Twenty Five. Saturday, June 22, 2013. We were discharged from the hospital on Thursday afternoon. We stopped by my sister's apartment to pick up Charlotte and headed home. The two girls took an instant liking to each other, although it has taken Charlotte a while to understand that Evelyn doesn't really "play.". I was awakened this morning by this crazy girl being flown around my bedroom by her father in a makeshift superhero costume. Wednesday, June 19, 2013. 8220;...

a long view: 8 things I do in my car with my broken radio
http://tinglypoet.blogspot.com/2011/09/8-things-i-do-in-my-car-with-my-broken.html
Tuesday, September 06, 2011. 8 things I do in my car with my broken radio. About 6 months ago, my radio died. The CD that was in the CD player (a podcast, which is entertaining but doesn't stand up to multiple listening) wouldn't come out. The radio, which was on a soft rock/adult contemporary station (Magic 106.7), wouldn't change stations. As a result I've spent a lot of time in my car, listening to soft rock or sitting in silence. 2 gripe about all the songs that Magic could. 5 call people who don't p...
