Deadlift: 135×5, 225×3, 275×1, 315×1, 335×1, 365×0. My quads are warm to say the least – from front squatting yesterday to today’s 5×5. Over the years I dabbled in bodybuilding, and then got into strength training at the end of 2008. Well, that lasted about three months before I took a year-long hiatus. Fast forward to February 2010.
