1 精益不是“葵花宝典”，而是“咏春拳”. 诚然精益的理念不是什么“高精尖”的东西，不能让企业几年之内脱胎换骨立马成为“顶尖高手 卓越企业 ”，但精益也绝不是所谓“正确的废话”或者江湖术士拿来忽悠小孩的“绝世高手必备13式”。 在我看来，精益就是“咏春拳”，一招一式都是中规中矩，没有什么奇淫巧计，每个招式拆开来看都是不过尔尔，比如 安灯, 比如 防呆, 但如果你把这些招式真的都学会了，常年练习，强身健体不说，如果碰上什么乱世 比如经济危机 ，那一群人中活下来的可能就是你。 2 精益就像“咏春拳”，你有多强，得看你练得多“精”. 丰田开始去美国想学福特练拳击，发现自己力气太小根本不适合，然后总结出一套TPS，练习“咏春”，帮助她在最艰难的时候生存了下来 开始也靠了朝鲜战争军需订单要到的那碗饭 ，小有名气后去美国踩点被爆揍一顿 1957年 1961年丰田第一代皇冠进军美国市场，惨败而归，4年只销售了287辆。 回来后继续潜心苦练“咏春”，不断提高质量减少“破绽”，待到经融危机美国拳王饭都吃不饱，拳都挥不动时一举治敌。 3 高手会的不只是“咏春”. 4 学了“咏春”不一定就能成为高手.
