New construction and rehabilitation is energy efficient. We have had extensive experience with this type of construction. We also have development experience in large urban areas, small towns and rural areas. Different types of vehicles will be available for renting when needed. They will be owned by the co-op. Individuals, couples or families who are willing to dedicate at least two years of their life to living with individuals who have intellectual disabilities. Individuals who have a knowledge and interest for various agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises that Communio plans to implement. These enterprises will range from establishing orchards to egg and wool production.
