I was talking to someone in the NHS a while ago about their KM Programme and they mentioned that they gave out a copy of the IDeA’s KM Toolkit that was develop a few years ago to all the people that attend any of their training. You can get a copy from the KM Resources the IDeA website. It’s something that we need to refresh soon as we use adapted version of these tools and a few new ones.
