We have 3 membership categories covering:. Tenants and Residents Groups. ALL FREE TO JOIN! There are a only a few membership restrictions:. Tenants and Community Groups. Your Group must be Sandwell based (or provide a clear benefit to Sandwell's communities). Your Group needs to have a written constitution - complete with equality opportunities clause (or policy). You must live within Sandwell - but it doesn't matter if you are a council tenant, private tenant, homeowner or leaseholder.
