Community Counseling Services is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) for chemical dependency outpatient services. CCS has a multidisciplinary staff consisting of a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Licensed Social Workers and masters level therapists. All treatment providers have a minimum of a masters degree and many are also certified substance abuse counselors as well. We are open six days per week, Monday through Saturday. Ruth M. Meyer.

These reports and recommendations satisfy the evaluation requirements of all probation departments, drinking driver programs, TASC, child protective services and other government agencies. A forty-five to sixty minute session with a master level therapist. A forty-five to sixty minute family session with a masters level therapist.
