We thought this would be a good way of giving our project more visibility – it’s fairly barebones at the moment, but Mia is quickly learning the ropes and hopefully over the next few weeks the blog will fill out a bit. Campbell River Community Farm Project. The following is an outline of development phases and gives more detail on how the community would be an integral part of our project. Although we are only in the beginning stages, we are busy researching, meeting with people, and looking for practical suggestions and support of every kind. Phase One (1-2 Years). O Prep soil (test, amend), create planting plan and layout of growing areas. O Establish fruit growing area bush and tree varieties. Phase Two (2-3 Years).
