Your union has worked collaboratively with the other unions in the Community Bargaining Association (CBA) and with employers to develop a joint Enhanced Disability Management Program (EDMP). EDMP is designed to assist you when you are absent from work or struggling at work due to an occupational or non-occupational illness or injury. EDMP has been negotiated by your union and employer and forms part of your collective agreement.
