Supporting people to live the life they choose. The aim of the Consortium is to provide support for people who want to live successful lives in the Community. The Consortium provides services under contract with either the City and County of Swansea or Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council. Over 200 people attend the Time 2 Meet Summer Ball. Community Living, Inc. operates a Psychosocial Day Support program. Monday through Friday 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. It is tailored to meet the needs of individuals managing a mentall illness.
