I sometimes confuse my opinion for fact. September 2, 2009. I think I’ve reached the point where running has once again become pretty integral in my daily routine. Today is the first day I haven’t gone out for even an easy jog in something like a week, and I feel a bit antsy and restless. I know that my body needs a break though, and that I need to figure out a way to get more sleep (what do I do? Oh, and I’m going to start doing yoga as soon as I can find a place to buy a yoga mat nearby. August 31, 2009.

I sometimes confuse my opinion for fact. June 24, 2010. Inspired by the weather lately, I have officially signed up for my half this summer. I was lame and bagged out of my shorter planned race, but now that I can focus on running a little more, I am getting a little bit excited! June 7, 2010. So I guess I must be more vigilant.
