A quick update on how I’m feeling… AMAZING! The best part, I’m not taking any medications of any kind. No hormones, no NSAIDS, no pain killers,. I don’t need them any more! I have no idea where I would be today. I can bet though, that I wouldn’t be doing all those wonderful things listed above. Get out of bed.
