The Life and Times of Shannon and Lindsay. Posted by Shannon and Lindsay. So, my little dear child is now re-entering the wonderful "I don't want to go to sleep" phase again. I swear we just got over this! She sleeps through the night just fine, but getting her to GET to sleep is now a recurring nightmare! I will put her down and she will cry, and cry, and choke cry, and choke cry and CRY AND CRY and - you get the picture :) It's like a bloody murder cry where I keep thinking, Is she like dying in there?

Tuesday, February 17, 2015. I woke up Monday morning with some anxiety knowing we would find out more about what was going on with our baby. I went through the day like normal. feed Kasen, dropped him off at my sisters, went to school. Then 1:45pm rolled around and I had to face it all. I was going to see what was wrong. Tuesday, November 4, 2014. My sweet little boy is already 8 months old. Before I know it he will be 1! And that will probably make me cry). The past month he decided he needs to be a big boy and stand on this and walk around with help from couches, chairs, walls.etc. He has started to eat more solid food. So far he LOVES avocado. He also likes carrots, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, potatoes, oranges, applesauce, rice puffs and squash. For Halloween he was a sweet lil chicken! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, March 1, 2015. One year ago this sweet soul joined our family and changed my life for the better. I am in complete shock that it's already been a year. It's completely bittersweet to watch your child grow up. This morning I started to reminisce about his birth as I was lying in bed. Wednesday, October 8, 2014. This cute little boy is 7 months old! He started figuring out how to crawl about a month ago and now he is cruising! He is also started to pull himself up on this and stand up! EEkkk he's growing too fast! 2 weeks ago I started feeding him solids. We started out with bananas and avocado's. He really likes avocados! Friday, August 1, 2014. This little sweetie has been in our life's for 5 months now! I can't believe how much he has grown in the past few weeks! The other day he started paying more attention to his feet, then the next day he was touching them and holding them most the day. Plus sucking on them, of course. He wears a size 1-2 costco diaper and wears 0-3 month clothes, though they are going to be small soon and he wears 3-6. He is such a tall boy! I take so many pictures of him! Reading a book ;). Saturday, January 3, 2015. 10 months of baby K. This kid just melts my heart more and more each day! He is such a momma's boy! He always has to have me in his sight or be around me. If I go in the other room, he just follows me. He got his two bottom teeth for Christmas! And his favorite thing to do is EAT! He always wants to eat (Doesn't look like it though! I feed him every 2-3 hours and every time I eat he has to partake. He loves sweet potatoes the most, but he will eat just about anything.

Sunday, November 2, 2008. Then of course we went trick or treating! Parker was very shy and didn't get into to until the very end! Carter LOVED trick or treating, he would not let go of his bucket. He loved to pick his own candy too, he would keep getting more until we stopped him. He was way cute! Lindsay was shy and she wouldn't even say trick or treat.maybe next year! We went trick or treating in our old neighborhood in Santa Clara, it was tons of fun to see all of our old friends! Carin and JC Larson.
