Am I (over)expecting from my friends? I truly feel that the only way you'd know if you can count on someone is that if you can expect them to keep their word. How then could you possibly trust someone if this is not the case? Or am I just thinking that people owe it to me to keep their word because I've kept mine to them?

It means I have to go back to the gym. No more excessive eating. My folks went to the Adidas markdown sale in Alabang yesterday. They got capri pants and socks at 50%. Off (my mom really had to buy 15. Socks, claims she's gonna use them as gifts - as if! She bought a pair of shoes originally priced at P4,600. Yep, it's 80%. Gawd, I feel so old.
