Daniel Nelson (b. 1965) received his musical education at the Peabody Conservatory of Music where he studied with Jean Eichelberger-Ivey, and at the University of Chicago where he studied with Ralph Shapey. He has also studied in Sweden with Lars-Erik Rosell. Nelson’s music has been described as being pulse-oriented with a neo-romantic vein. Friday, January 4, 2013. It's a bit late, but here's my annual Christmas arrangement! I tried to get one out by Christmas but it just wasn't happening. And then yesterday it just came together. Better late than never. Sunday, October 21, 2012. I know, it's been quite a while. And I have no excuse. But this was exciting so I'm going to tell you all about it!
