I was invited by DC Comics, Warner Bros. and VICE to create my version of Batman's iconic cape and cowl for the Cape/Cowl/Create exhibition, part of Batman's 75th anniversary celebration. Sunday, 17 March 2013. The A10 racer is now in bits oops , it all looks good just the oil pump to check , timing to check. Vapour blast the head and and back together , got to make an ally oil breather catcher too. The FXR is MOT d finally , just got to get it UK registered and unfortunately its got to go. Fully rebuilt motor by Martin of Boothill MCs. New Crank new pistons , valves etc new clutch and primary new alternator , Gearbox work etc cost nearly £3000. New paint New tyres. Yours only £5995.

Thursday, 2 August 2012. This time next year? If anyone apart from me reads this Here is my tale of woe - thinking i should just be called "Lucky". I got to the Hayride , not only without my bike as i only got it to run right on the Friday and didnt fancy a 2 up shakedown of 150 miles , so i arranged to borrow my brothers 54 Chevy truck which got me less than a mile down the road! And my car seized an A/C pump and shredded the belt so finally got there lunchtime Saturday in a loaned Passat!

Friday, 30 March 2012. You gotta love this! Sometimes we have to sell! It took me ages to find a ribbed primary cover for an iron head sportster - and i have never got to fitting it. Other projects need money so it is up for sale . It is an original MRD and came from the states so with import duty insurance and shipping etc cost me a fortune , but for sale for less at £500 if you are interested let me know and e mail me your number aiw62@yahoo.co.uk NOW SOLD. The Flathead rebuild never made it on to these pages as i eventually got around to starting on it on the 7t10th august when i got back from holiday i then had until 6th Sept to rebuild , so almost every night long hours were spent trying to make pout right the awful lash up and get it ready for the Trip Out. And its still in there! This may be one of the last entries as a new venture will be slowly starting and a new blog Shovelheadz and website.

Friday, 10 February 2012. Finally got around to seeing if it will fit! Triumph T110 , Triumph box and Shorrock supercharger in an A10 frame ,. Its a bit of a long term project this one . Engine plates first i guess and work from there , now where`s the plywood and drill? Hmm might tilt the motor forward , keep the weight forward to balance the supercharger weight. V belts or toothed?
