I don’t know why people are always surprised at the number of condiments in my fridge. I think it’s a normal number. What do other people do when they want mustard, barbeque sauce, hot sauce, mint sauce, onion relish, ketchup or chutney? Do they skip a condiment? Do they have just one bottle of each? And what happens if they see something new and exciting in the supermarket? Do they calmly walk on by and remember to buy it when they run out of the current one? I couldn’t live that way.
