First day of second grade, third grade, and preschool (Ellie is waiting to start kindergarten in Memphis because of the age cut-off). Megan and Emma are doing fabulous there and often ask if we can stay just one more year? First day of first and second grade and preschool. 4 years ago today.

Thursday, October 24, 2013. Fall Break in Kentucky. Last Fall Break in Kentucky! Wow, where did the time go? The first year we left a few hours before the break officially started and spent every minute in Memphis. The second year we stayed in Wilmore and ran a half-marathon in Midway, Kentucky with our friends Jonathan and Lindy. The Spillyards Family: May 2012
http://thespillyardsfamily.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 4, 2012. From cars to clothes. Ellie LOVES to play babydolls and could probably do that all day long, but she also really enjoys playing cars too. Here is our bathroom later in the day after a shopping trip with Mimi. They came in, stripped, put on the new clothes, and off they went. I love it! I see many shopping trips in our future. Posted by The Spillyards. Emma had a spring program and loved every minute of it! Posted by The Spillyards. Posted by The Spillyards. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I think Megan would already have the house decorated for Christmas if we would let her! Big sisters taking care of little sister after she got in trouble for coloring ALL OVER the walls with a dry erase marker at Mimi and Poppy's house. Thank goodness for Magic Eraser! The Spillyards Family: September 2011
http://thespillyardsfamily.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 26, 2011. Megan's First Day of First Grade. I can't believe my baby is in the first grade! It does not seem possible. During the last year, Greg and I spent so much time talking about and visiting different schools that Megan has been so ready to get to first grade. She even got her backpack in February! We went to visit in July and decided we needed to go for it. Never did we imagine we would see the changes in our little girl so quickly! God is so good and has answered our prayers!
