Sunday, November 3, 2013. I'm feeling great and will be back in the gym starting tomorrow. Since most of you have taken a couple of weeks off, we will have to be careful you don't get sore! Thanksgiving week the gym will be closed Thanksgiving day and the day after. Also that week, on Monday (11/25) the gym will not be open until 9 AM. Casey, Jason, and Connor have kindly agreed to cover the gym while I am out. Please take advantage of having a different trainer take a look at you! Human Tim reports that the running trail is good, so start wearing clothes and shoes you don't mind getting muddy.
