Inspired by Weight Watchers. August 18, 2014. Healthy Eating on the Go! Tonight I’m headed off to Orlando to visit two of my bestfriends. My Bestfriend Melissa from college, and my “sister,” Katie, from NJ. Gonna try to not totally ruin my weight loss goals while I’m there, but I can guarantee that I will have a few indulgences. 🍷. I posted a picture of the French bakery I went to in St Pete with Matt and his family on Saturday. It was SO DAMN GOOD. Wish me luck this week! First Weight Loss Goal!

I mean, barely into the 130’s, but I’ve finally gotten past 141-142! 1392) I’m so happy! I didn’t really snack much yesterday, and only had two drinks at the hotel while I was waiting for my boyfriend to get ready before the Marlin’s game last night. That’s definitely a NSV for me! That’s 14.6 pounds in 8 weeks! That’s 1.82 pounds on average each week. I like it! Last night, I made the Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken from Emily Bites. Definitely give it a try! Confession of a Cookaholic. Cooking, eating and everything around it. 210 g of granulated sugar. 1 tsp cream of tartar ( potassium hydrogen tartrate. 1 tsp white wine vinegar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. It is just for your orientation and doesn’t need to be perfect. Or if you have a small dessert plate which is approx. 18 cm wide… just trace around it. I was using my normal white granulated sugar, but because it has a big crystals I mixed it in my food processor so it became much finer and dissolved easier.
