My Day 1- Week 1 Menu. This was my menu from the first day of the cleanse. You can eat all the vegetables you want, 2 fruits and 2-3oz. of lean protein to ward off hunger. You can eat all the vegetables you want, 2 fruits and 2-3oz. of lean protein to ward off hunger. No coffee, dairy, alcohol, grains or legumes for this week. 1 cup of hot water with lemon. 1 giant handful of baby spinach wilted in non-stick frying pan with 1/2t of chopped garlic. Mix in 1 1/2 scrambled eggs. Large handful of baby carrots. July 23, 2014.
