Body was a little achy as well. My skin is feeling better, and my mood has lifted a little compared to the last few days. Went for my walk, and one thing I noticed was that I had cotton mouth. Woke up with a little bit of a tummy ache, but nothing crazy. As for sugar, the cravings are getting less (although I do still get them at times). but I don’t feel comfortable with the idea of testing. So until next time, tchau!
