Serves 6 Prep 10 minutes (plus sitting). 4 avacados, peeled and pitted. 1 clove of garlic, finely grated. 2 tablespoons of chopped white onion. 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro. 3 teaspoons of lime juice. 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
