Confessions of my Breast Augmentation. Saturday, August 16, 2008. A photo update: Day 16. We are getting there, slowly but surely. I spoke with a friend of mine who had her breasts done too and also has silicone. She said that you only really get to appreciate the softness somewhere between 4-6 months. That being said, they are already feeling really soft to me so any improvement is an added bonus I guess. You're right, what a difference! I actually didn't think it'd be that noticeable. We both love them!
