Saturday, August 13, 2011. I usually don't dress up for Halloween, but I saw these. Last year and HAD to have one! I couldn't really afford what everyone was asking, so I made my own! Now here I am, sharing! To keep it from falling off, I plan on sewing around the edges.eventually. If I had been smart I would have found a white sheet of iron on decal and cut my shapes from that, but it was a little bit of a last minute project on a tight budget, so I used some fabric I already had.
