Confessions of the Carlsons. Thursday, July 15, 2010. Two and a half. Checking in with our favorite two and a half year old:. Loves to jump and "balance". Near obsessed with Dora and Diego (who she still thinks is cute). Very concerned with how others are feeling - often asks mommy "how you doin'? Not quite the same inflection as Joey from Friends, but the same phrase none the less) and "are you sad? Sounds cute, but actually gets quite annoying when your 2 year old is constantly asking you if you're sad).

Well, Cadence is well on her way to becoming an expert in the medical field. I'm pretty sure my child has found her calling in life. She may only be 2, but its never too early to start practicing. Thursday, October 18, 2012. Charles Lee Ivy. For those of you who know the name debacle, yes, we let Madelyn name the baby :). Oct 15th, 11:45 am, 8 lbs. 3 oz. and 20 inches. Charlie with Dr. Campbell. Clint meets his son! Yummy big sis and baby bro cookies for the hospital. Madelyn is such a proud big sister! Just checking him out :). Madelyn was the first one to comb his hair. and he has a lot! It was so sweet of the nurse to offer to let her do it! And on the back? Time to go home! Trying out the swing.

Thursday, February 21, 2013. Charlie sleeps in his crib for the first time.at 3 months! Good thing Madelyn doesn't remember that she only spent 2 nights in our bedroom! I lay him down awake. And he falls asleep on his own! He has done great sleeping in his room! First time in this contraption. I thought he was going to be too floppy still, but he loved it! Madelyn is such a great helper!
