Maanantai 4. helmikuuta 2013. Taisin jutustella metodisesta alemmuudentunnosta aiemmin. En ole muuttanut mieltäni asiasta, mutta tajusin paljon yksinkertaisemman perustelun miksi tämä metodi. On hyödyllinen. Syynä on Dunning-Kruger -efekti. Ylemmyydentunne" on joko merkki aidosta ylemmyydestä tai sitten siitä, että metakognitiivisten taitojen heikkouden vuoksi ei osaa tunnistaa omaa huonouttaan. Maanantai 23. helmikuuta 2015. Viime syksyllä tajusin, että olin jatkuvasti väsynyt. Aamusta iltaan. Menin lopulta lääkärille diagnosoitavaksi ja kotona tehty unimittaus antoi tulokseksi "keskivaikea obstruktiivinen uniapnea". Toisin sanoen hengitykseni pysähtyi keskimäärin yli 20 kertaa tunnissa ja johti yleensä joko unen häiriintymiseen tai heräämiseen (joita en itse muistanut aamulla millään tavalla). Diagnoosin perusteella lääkäri määräsi hoidoksi CPAP-laitteen eli laitteen joka pitää rööreissä pient...

Tämä on järjetön neuvo, koska katsekontakti (ja sen välttäminen ja erityisesti näiden kahden rytmitys) on yritys vaikuttaa keskustelijoiden keskinäiseen dominanssijärjestykseen. Tätä neuvoa jakavat todennäköisesti ihmiset, jotka tyypillisesti ottavat keskustelussa korkeamman dominanssin. Tiistai 23. lokakuuta 2012. Minusta tuli hammaslangan käyttäjä. Olen ollut vähän huono käymään hammaslääkärissä. Käynneillä on liikaa väliä ja hammaskalusto ehtii mädäntyä välillä. Sitten hoitotoimenpiteetkin ovat rajumpia ja asiakaskokemus ei välttämättä miellyttävin. (Hammaslääkäreillä on varaa. Saas nähdä mitä seuraavassa tarkistuksessa sanovat. Pian varaan ajan. (Yle Suomella kuulee puheohjelmia, mutta siellä puhutaan liian möreällä äänellä, että siitä saisi autolla ajaessa selvää.) Kerran aiheena oli homous Suomessa 60- ja 70-luvuilla.
