Life is a journey filled with lessons. Calling All The Successfull! I have been on this journey since January and have lost over 30 pounds so far. Here is what my typical day looks like:. Sun – Fri workout at 5am; Rest on Saturday. Sometimes I will miss another day just depending on what time I get in bed.
