Coniston Hall Camping Site. 01539 441223 – Friendly Faimly Owned Campsite. The Coniston Hall Campsite is a 5 minute drive south of the village of Coniston. It is signposted on the left of the road just after you’ve passed The Ship Inn pub. There is a bus stop on the main road here, linking Coniston to the town of Ulverston. Coniston village itself is about a 45 to 60 minute drive from the M6 motorway. As it is though, it’s clean enough, and well located, and good value, so not a bad bet.
