Edgewater 2014 Neighborhood Annual Report. The Edgewater Chamber produces an annual neighborhood report to create awareness of its activities benefiting area businesses and residents. We designed the 2014 report as a clean full-bleed infographic. Our design took advantage of a unique opportunity to use branded color as an informational design element. The “barrel roll” trifold design engages viewers with thoughtfully juxtaposed information and imagery as the report is opened.

The spark happened in 1997 at a restaurant in Chicago’s Greek Town, when George Lowe and Jack Sonta wanted to start a new media company that was fun, exciting and (most importantly) their own. Lowtide Images, Ltd. was hatched, our logo a starfish. By 2000 George and Jack had carried the flame to Wicker Park, where Lowtide became Sparkfactor as we know it today.
