We spent our days roaming from cafe to cafe, retaurant to restaurant, where it was perfectly acceptable to order and then sit for a couple of hours at a time reading our books and enjoying the view. Possibly in an effort to start “re-entry” to life in the west we seem to be set on finding familiar foods. So a rash of eating ‘chinese’ style dishes now we’ve been in more cosmopolitan Delhi and more east-Asian Nepal. But the very best has been having exquisite cups of tea over the weekend – one in Delhi airport to die for and the other two in Costa Coffee. That white stuff is not clouds!

We are still at the Deepti House in Adoor town and no one could be more surprised than me to see what has been going on behind the house in the garden. Now I say garden because last visit it was a bit of a jungle out there and we decided that it wasn’t suitable land to extend the centre if we needed to. Its doing a great work.
