Where she is, what she does, what's going on. I got two pieces of good news today. I finally got to see the orthopedic surgeon this morning. Thankfully, I do not have the loss of blood flow and the bone is not dying. I just have common, garden variety osteo-arthritis in my hip – I inherited my father's hip! Since the medication I am on now is controlling the pain, that is all I need to do. So I am cleared to do all the exercises at Curves, except 2 and to walk all I can tolerate.
