Conny Yael Barak
Born: 1937, Paris, immigrated to Israel in 1949. Conny Yael Barak started painting only at the age of 65 and had her first solo exhibition 5 years later. Her paintings are mostly pastoral landscapes, running water and trees. Maybe her choices can be explained by the fact that she survived World War II as a hidden Jewish child, longing for a world full of beauty, harmony and tranquility. 2002-2007:"The Studio", Raanana, Israel. 2009-10:The Smadar Katz School for Professional Realistic Painting, Israel.

雅偉是我的牧者@基督門徒福音會
雅偉是我的牧者，我必不至缺乏。他使我躺臥在青草地上，領我在可安歇的水邊。祂使我的靈魂甦醒，為自己的名引導我走義路。 神的名字在希伯來原文是 יהוה (YHWH)，讀作Yahweh，中文譯為雅偉。目前大部份聖經均譯作耶和華，但雅偉應是最接近原文的讀法。 早前與姊妹們去了一個小旅行。吸引我們眼球的除了是一些景點外，還有很多色彩繽紛、香港從沒見過的靚靚花朵，不禁想起下面的經文，雅偉神就是這樣用心塑造我們每一個。正如人有神的形像，只要我們按祂的旨意過活，祂便能將我們的獨特帶出來，又能互相拼湊成鮮艷奪目的花圃！ 你想百合花，怎麼長起來；它也不勞苦，也不紡線。然而我告訴你們，就是所羅門極榮華的時候，他所穿戴的，還不如這花一朵呢。你們這小信的人哪！野地裏的草，今天還在，明天就丟在爐裏，神還給它這樣的妝飾，何況你們呢。（路一二：27-28）. 教會的牧者常提醒我們，現今處於個人主義高漲的世代裡，正所謂「 Me Me Me Generation. 65289;與眾寡合的，獨自尋求心願，並惱恨一切真智慧。 最近也有另一個脫離自我的提醒，就是創世記裡的「兩個拉麥」。 我們老是看重自己的事，或是看重教會的事&#...
歸雅偉為聖 | 當那日，馬的鈴鐺上必有「歸雅偉為聖的」這句話。耶和華殿內的鍋必如祭壇前的碗一樣。
早前查考的經文 創世記2:4-17 ，對自己有很大的提醒和得著，因此也希望跟大家分享一下…. 人有神的形象，但要像神，是必須經過訓練 因我們不是機械人，有 自由意志 去做選擇，所以神給人機會學去選擇 善 惡。 譬如說，我家的租金於2009年是$6500，到了2013年市價已跳升至一倍的$12800，升幅令人咋舌 在人的貪念和放縱私慾下，結果可以很可怕… 幸好在神的保護下，我們的租金還是奇蹟地維持著低水平 彷彿是雅偉神的手掩著業主的眼，才沒怎麼加租，因為神要使用這地方. 人本來可以進入永恆，只是 罪 將永恆中止 犯罪的後果就是死 當人被罪惡充滿， 死 反而是神給人最好的禮物。 我們有神的形象，為何跟神相差那麼遠 這是因為我們一點也不像神 神每天都在 默默付出，不是為了自己，為我們做微小的事情。 除非我們是 新造的人 ，透過 死 進入安息，否則進不了永恆。 神的心意是將我們由屬地帶進屬靈，叫我們在基督裡成為 新造的人 ，可以叫人活 將生命的祝福帶給別人。 新的創造 舊我已 死 告別了舊我，告別了世界。 現在住的地方因為很近教會 基督門徒福音會 ，只是一街之隔，所以被神用得著，因此成為了 旺角分會中的分會。
