Today, I'm Making.". Wednesday, December 29, 2010. EPIC SHOJIN CHRISTMAS DINNER. For Christmas this year, my husband and I had THE greatest dinner ever! We went to our favorite restaurant, SHOJIN. We're still craving it. My husband even asked Mr.Morishima (the owner) and Chef Kimiko to add all the courses to their regular menu. They truly are geniuses! The entire meal meal was perfect and their service was excellent as usual. They truly care about their customers. Sorry, had to use flash for all pictures.

Black eyed peas soaked over night then drained and processed in a food processor along with cilantro, nama shoyu, cumin, salt and pepper shaped into footballs and fried in oil. Served with a side of Bob's Red Mill Organic Grits (topped with maple syrup and a splash of coconut milk) and Ezekiel 7 Sprouted Grains Bread. This is second breakfast.
