Potato and Tofu Breakfast Hash. Potato Tofu Hash.so good. This is what I had for breakfast on Father's Day and it was SO good! Pretty fast and simple to make, whole foods, not too many calories for how filling it is, and tastes divine! 2 T extra virgin olive oil. 4 potatoes (shredded with cheese grater). 1 container super firm tofu, cubed.
