A spectacular day in the Dominican Republic . . . . after yesterday's torrential downpours, the sun was shining today and it was a perfect day for clinic. We saw over 200 patients and had a delightful dinner at the convent. The team has reported to home base (Mi Cabana) for some well-deserved El Presidente's. That's the update from the DR. St Jerome's Constanza Mission. Friday, May 8, 2009. The count hasn't been fully tallied yet but the numers are impressive. It is looking like we saw 1000 patients this week. The week in Constanza flew by and we are now beyond ready for some well deserved R&R in the Capital, Santo Domingo.
