Here at Constell we have developed a way of using microsoft project that enables us to ensure that all work we undertake is carefully planned and that all resources available to the company are efficently scheduled to achieve the shortest possible lead time. We build up the individual job and then slot it into our consolidated project system to determine the best possible delivery date. By scheduling each individual resource across all jobs we can determine the most efficent order of work.

Our new Electrodemaster Maxsee H56. CNC vertical machining centre is now fully operational and helping us cut electrodes faster and more accurate than ever. We are pleased to be able to now offer our customers additional capacity in this area. To further increase our capacity we have implemented a nightshift. At Constell we have great experience in the design of diecast tooling. We appreciate how robust the tool needs to be to withstand the demands of the diecasting process. Our experience allows us to work with our customers to influence component design to the stage where it is fit for purpose. Our team fully understand the importance of such things as radii for tool longevity, material flow and component strength. We consider trimming in the design of our shut-outs and component concessions.
