Monday, May 21, 2012. We packed up our two babies and headed to St. Louis, probably for the last time. We kept the kids while Amy and Paul looked for a place to live in Northern Virginia. Yeah! Monday, July 25, 2011. We went to Pocohantas Park two times when the twins were here. They love it. This was the first year Alex went down the water slides. He had so much fun and was so proud of himself. He must have gone 50 times - I lost count. Annabelle in her new dress. Meg and I had fun painting our nails with some new crazy colors. Friday, June 15, 2012. Yes, we are very happy. Amy and her family have moved to Reston Virginia. I picked the kids in Staunton Va last week and they stayed the week with us while Paul and Amy went to Reston to wait for their furniture to be delivered. We had a blast with the kids. We discovered 2 baby racoons in our yard - very cute. We visited Pocohontas Park - the kids favorite. Our doggies were glad to have them around. Alex busy playing games. Meg performed for us in the evening. She is the cutest!

Friday, June 15, 2012. A good sweet wine. I love this black and white polka dot candle. Finally got the deck cleaned up - there is a bunch of flip flops in the green planter. Thought they would look cute at the pool - lots of different sizes and colors, although they mainly look pink. Even found a pair of VT flops for Dave, although I have never known Dave to wear flip flops. My little chubby sweet thing. My sister in law Kathy gifted me this deviled egg dish - isn't it the cutest? My Favorite Bible Verse.

Thursday, June 30, 2011. We have been busy getting ready for Amy, Paul and the kids. Dave bought these for the twins when he went grocery shopping. I made Paula Dean's Baked Spaghetti - a favorite of all of us. Picked some yummy plums. We are getting zuchinnis from these gorgeous plants. And lots of blackberries! I am a little concerned about my pumpkin plants.not looking so good all of a sudden. See those yummy cukes. And we have nickel size watermelons. My new garden sign bought at the flea market.

Kids went to have eye exams recently, Meg was complaining of headaches - she did not need glasses, but Alex did and Meg is mad because she wants glasses - if she only knew what a pain glasses can be. I have fond memories of this "talking water fountain" - Ian and Samantha were so cute at this fountain when we visited with them when they were a little bit younger than the twins are now. Friday, February 25, 2011. We spent 2 weeks in New Smyrna Beach - it was wonderful, even though the weather could have been warmer. We were upstairs in this unit and had a great view of the beach and the ocean. Walk way to the beach. The dogs loved the beach, but we soon found out it was against the law to have them on the beach.
