Modify it to include your Products and Materials then you must save the document as Products.tpf and save the format as CSV. If not, it will not work. You don't have to use the Category, Sku or Brand, but you need a Description, Unit and Cost. I always use the cost as EX TAX. Do not use ANY symbols (e.g.: $ @ " ' .etc) in the file as it will not import. You may need to rename the file if Excel adds the extension .csv to the end of the file name.
