I won't be able to post pics of my food today from here (12 hr shift) but here's the breakdown. Bfast-Jimmy Dean sausage patties, WW Harvest Berries and Cream, skim milk. I went to the NC State Fair on Friday for the first time, probably, in over a decade! I wish I'd only eaten the corn and gave up the rest of it. Man, that corn was good! The Chronicles of Connie Bs Cooking and Weight Loss. Monday, November 11, 2013. Starting the week out right! Nature's Own honey wheat, 2 eggs, 1 slice of WW colby jack cheese and chia seeds. Morningstar Farms veggie bacon on the side. YUM! I like making lunches/dinners for the week on Sunday afternoons. I cooked up one package of Perdue Perfect Portions chicken breasts, and while doing that, made some steel cut oats in the crock pot. (Leading to today's menu). Bfast: Overnight oatmeal w/ a glass of milk.
