http://cheeseclothmoon.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
A place for poetry, photography and some occasional ranting. Saturday, December 31, 2005. Tonight I will add line breaks to my prose - an exercise that will flex my skillset a bit. A place for poetry, photography and some occasional ranting. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. I got to thinking while making this ATC that life and art, for me, are one and the same. I've posted it below so you can see which one everyone went nutso for. Damn, if this doesn't stop my head is going to swell way beyond proportion - if that happens, somebody please slap me back down to my regular size already! Well, April ...

A place for poetry, photography and some occasional ranting. Thursday, June 15, 2006. JuPo Challenge 5 - long poem and a stab at humor (which I rarely write). This Thing I Have With Asphodel. Her name is as exotic as saffron, secretive. As the sphinx and alluring as a porcelain. Moon She hides herself in folds of silk. That slip through my fingers when I try. To wrap them around; this feast or famine. Witch who conjures scents of cinnabar, smoke. And myrrh; this Scherazade who weaves. Every word that cou...

A place for poetry, photography and some occasional ranting. Tuesday, February 21, 2006. I don’t think it’s coincidental that he’s taken a nose dive since we put him in a home. He was fine health-wise before we put him in a home. I think he’s extremely depressed, and I think that’s what’s killing him. It’s sapping him of the will to live. I’m complex. I want my old, boring life back. God, how I miss that life. Posted by Eileen Grobeck at 10:29 AM. Links to this post. Sunday, February 12, 2006. This day, ...

A place for poetry, photography and some occasional ranting. Sunday, October 30, 2005. Posted by Eileen Grobeck at 1:54 AM. Links to this post. Tonight I contemplate circles, like the halo. That surrounds the cheesecloth moon. Spying on me through the window,. And wonder if I’ll wake to snow. I think about how circles never end,. And the power they have to keep things. Apart or together, depending on which fork. Of the path you walk. I trace the circular paths of my life. Back into my cobalt sky;. My cam...

http://cheeseclothmoon.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
A place for poetry, photography and some occasional ranting. Saturday, July 08, 2006. JuPo 9 - (rev of JuPo 8). Selene gathers the wooly, gray gossamer. Of cloudstuff close about her chalked, Geisha face. On this film-noir night, uses it to play games. Of peek-a-boo with me as I idly ride. The porch swing, its rocking rhythm erasing. My mind’s slate until it is completely cleaned. Seduced by her irrational rays I can. Travel to untrod shores that lack footprints, bask. Easy to lose sight of often visited.
