It always seems to get devoured. 1 can (16 oz) refried beans. 1 pkg (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix. 1 avocado (made into guacamole). 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup shredded cheese. 1/2 cup green onions. 1 can sliced black olives. Saturday, April 30, 2011. These are known as Enchilada Suizas or Green Chile Enchiladas. It has a green (white) sauce instead of a red sauce. I think Swiss cheese is used in some recipes. I didn't take a picture, instead I looked for a similar one on the internet. This is my mom's recipe and she makes them casserole style in an 8x8 pan. 3 cups cooked shredded chicken. 1 (45 oz) can chopped green chiles. 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese. 1 (10 oz ) can green chile enchilada sauce. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.

Wednesday, June 8, 2011. I had an amazing water birth at home on Friday June 3rd with a midwife. A short 6 ½ hour labor and at 4:23AM my husband delivered our son, Quinton. He weighed 7 pounds and was 20 ¾ inches long. He has the most hair out of any of my babies and the darkest too. He has an olive complexion. He was so alert when he came out looking around at everything. Such a cute content baby boy. He has two older brothers and one sister. They love him a little too much. I feel awesome.

Thursday, March 25, 2010. Grilled Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine. I feel like I'm eating at the Olive Garden whenever I make this dish, especially when I made it like their Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. I'm a food genius. 6 chicken breast cutlets, grilled. 188; cup butter. 2 cups heavy cream. 189; tsp salt. 189; tsp pepper. 190; cup grated Parmesan cheese. 16 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta. Pasta as directed on package. Grill skillet with 1-2 Tbsp olive oil on high setting to sear chicken. My Big Fat Greek Salad.

Wednesday, December 29, 2010. No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars. I got this recipe from my little sister. After she had her baby I was taking her meal and their family has allergies so I asked for dessert recommendations. I needed to make non-dairy, gluten-free goodies. She sent me a link to this recipe and I planned on using substitute chocolate chips and a buttery spread. I didn't have time to do it so I made it another time for my family. They were so fast and easy and delicious. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
