Θα χρειαστείς(για περίπου 10 τηγανίτες):. 1 φλιτζάνι νιφάδες βρώμης. 1/2 φλιτζάνι αλεύρι λευκό,μαλακό. 1 1/2 κ.γ. μπέικιν πάουντερ. 1/2 κγ. αλάτι. 3 κσ μαύρη ζάχαρη. 100 γραμ.αγελαδινό γιαούρτι πλήρες. Ελαιόλαδο για το τηγάνι. You will need(for about 10 pancakes):. 1/2 cup of white flour,soft. 1 1/2 teaspoon bakin powder. 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. 100 gr full fat cow yogurt. 1 cup of milk.

Επίσης προσοχή με την κατάναλωση του ταχινιού και του φυστικοβούτυρου καθώς πρόκειται για προιόντα υψηλά σε θερμίδες.Τα 20γραμ ταχινιού αποδίδουν 136kcal,ενώ το φυστικοβούτυρο τα 20γρ 120kcal.Ωστόσο μια μέτρια μπανάνα αποδίδει 90kcal.Ενώ μία φέτα ψωμί του τοστ αναλόγως βέβαια το προιόν αποδίδουν συνήθως απο 50-80 θερμίδες. Υλικά για 4 άτομα:. 150γρλευκό τυρι με 12% λιπαρά ,λιωμένο με το πηρούνι. 1/2 κεσεδάκι γιαούρτι στραγιιστό με 2%λιπαρα. 1 κσ άνηθο ψιλοκομμένο. 1 κσ μαιντανό ψιλοκομμένο. 1/2 κγλ ρίγανη αποξηραμένη. 1/2-1 σκελίδα σκόρδο λιωμένη. 8 φέτες μαύρο ψωμί. 2 ντομάτες κομμένες σε λεπτές φέτες. 1 πιπεριά κέρατο (γλυκιά).
